In January 2009, Liebe took the helm at Pathways Church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his guidance, the church saw a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions. He quickly reversed a $400,000 deficit, achieving a budget surplus and spearheading facility improvements to enhance church operations.
